Hello, before you get started in my weight loss program please let me introduction myself so you know more about the person helping you to achieve your fitness goals. I am currently a university student studying Medical Sciences in Ontario, Canada. I am Honour Specializing in Biochemistry and have a profound knowledge in Biology, Human Biochemistry, Nutrition, and Human genetics (which plays a huge role in determining the shape and size of our body). I hope to apply my scientific knowledge towards helping people like yourself who are trying to lose weight or have tried many times to lose weight but were never successful.
I have two requests for my free service:
1) You must give me your honest effort to lose weight.
I will coach you through your journey to lose weight and I will tell you now that this journey will not be easy. It takes a lot of self-discipline and determination, but I promise you have my honest effort, support and dedication. I am committing my time to go on this long and difficult journey with you towards achieving your fitness goals; so don't waste my time and effort.
2) You have to take a "before" picture of yourself
Before starting my program please write down your starting weight, the inches on your waist and if possible your body fat percentage. Also I ask that you write down your feelings and emotions.
So what's in it for me?
When you have reached your goals and you are comfortable with taking an "after" picture of yourself. I hope that you will send me a copy of your "before" and "after" picture with a letter of thank you to describing how happy you are with your new body, and any emotional changes that may have occurred after the program.
I hope to use this weight loss program as one of the projects/activities on my CV for my application to professional school and use your letter of thank you as my references.
I hope through this blog I will be able to reach out to as much people as I can and help them on their journey to a healthier lifestyle. I hope to assist individuals in reaching their new weight loss goals through educating them on how the human body works, tips from my own experiences and my continual encouragements to the end.
